Minimalist yet cosy, the restaurant décor features elegant furnishings, intimate dining coves and exposed brick arches, linking the trio of dining areas. There is an extensive wine list, along with a range of draught and bottled beers.
The food at The Vaults Cambridge is subtly international, offering such delights as Toulouse sausages, cinnamon braised pork and sea bass with caponata and rocket pesto. Signature dishes include delicious pigeon breast and chorizo with red cabbage or Thai green prawn curry. Desserts are pure comfort with favourites including sticky toffee pudding and passion fruit and blackberry crème brulee.
